§ 130.14 MALES ENTERING OR USING LADIES' REST ROOM.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any male over ten-years old to go into or use any ladies' toilet or rest room in any public building in this city.
   (B)   This section shall not apply to any person whose duty it is to see that such toilet or rest room is kept in a clean and sanitary condition.
   (C)   A PUBLIC BUILDING, within the meaning of this section, is any building to which the general public has access.
