§ 130.02 DAMAGING PUBLIC OR PRIVATE PROPERTY.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to cut, deface, mark, break, injure, damage or destroy any tree, shrub, building, sign, fence, bridge, pavement, gutter, or any other property not his own, whether such property is public or private.
