For purposes of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE. An alcoholic beverage as defined in the Tex. Alcoholic Beverage Code, and shall specifically include beer, wine and mixed beverages, as those terms are defined in the Tex. Alcoholic Beverage Code.
SCHOOL, PRIVATE. A school including a parochial school that is not operated by an independent school district that offers a course of instruction for students in one or more grades from kindergarten through grade 12 and has more than 100 students enrolled and attending courses at a single location.
SCHOOL, PUBLIC. Any school operated by an independent school district that offers a course of instruction for students in one or more grades from kindergarten through grade 12.
