§ 30.03 COUNCIL MEETINGS.
   The regular meetings of the City Council shall be held on the second Tuesday of each month at such time as is fixed by the Council. Special meetings shall be called by the City Clerk upon request of the mayor, the City Manager or a majority of the members of the Council.
