§ 115.04 JUNK TO BE RETAINED FOR 24 HOURS.
   No junk received on deposit or purchased by any junk dealer shall be sold or permitted to be redeemed or removed from the place of business of such dealer for the space of 24 hours after such purchase, loan or deposit.
