(A) It is unlawful for a person to store or park a motor vehicle, boat, personal watercraft, trailer, or recreational vehicle on an unimproved surface on any property within the city. The parking space and access driveway must be continuous from an existing driveway, roadway, or rear alley.
(B) It is unlawful for any person to drive, stop, stand, or park a vehicle, construction equipment, or recreational equipment onto or upon privately owned property, without the consent of the owner, lessee, or person in possession of the privately owned property.
