(A) The appropriate city departments shall perform regular maintenance on all Museum buildings, grounds, facilities, equipment and vehicles. The Museum Curator, with guidance from the Community Services Division Director, will exercise professional judgement in supervising procedures that may alter, deface, or modify historic structures owned or controlled by the city.
(B) Museum facilities shall receive annual safety inspections to include stairs, doors, fire escapes, number of and location of fire extinguishers, and the security monitoring system.
(C) The museum, Doty-Fullerton House and Smith History Center shall be smoke-free facilities. Appropriate signs indicating these buildings as smoke-free facilities shall be posted.
