§ 102.045 EXHIBITED COLLECTIONS.
   (A)    Exhibits of historical objects shall be for public appreciation, education, and enlightenment.
   (B)    Only objects deemed "exhibit quality" and in stable condition shall be exhibited.
   (C)    The utmost care shall be given to exhibited artifacts when: cleaning, preparing, transporting, and mounting. Objects shall be secured against environmental damage and/or theft. Accession numbers shall be preserved on exhibited objects.
   (D)    Objects shall be rotated and "rested" from exhibit at the discretion of the curator to secure the longest possible life of the object.
   (E)    Interpretative labels and text for exhibited items will be prepared in both English and Spanish, whenever possible.
