(A) That greater exposure be gained from the permanent collection, loans or transfers of objects may be approved when sufficient study of the requesting institution merits acceptance. Such action shall be preceded by: recommendation of the curator, approval of Museum Board and permission of the City Manager.
(B) A record of loans shall be maintained by the curator and renewed annually.
