(A) Objects acquired for the collections should be obtained free and clear, and without restrictions as to use or future disposition.
(B) A legal instrument of conveyance, or gift agreement, setting forth an adequate description of the objects involved, and precise conditions of transfer will be kept on file at the Museum. Unconditional gifts must be signed by the donor.
(C) Objects on loan from owner shall have a loan agreement executed setting forth an adequate description of the objects involved, owner information and terms and conditions of the loan.
