(A) Artifacts received into the permanent collection, or by loan of owner, must be relevant and complement the purposes and activities of the Museum as described in the mission statement.
(B) Professional standards for storage and long-term preservation must be assured for all objects received into the collection.
(C) Artifacts shall have permanency in the collections as long as their physical integrity, authenticity, and usefulness for the purposes of the Museum can be maintained.
