§ 102.028 MUSEUM BOARD BY-LAWS; POLICIES AND MISSION STATEMENT.
   (A)    The Museum Advisory Board shall create a set of by-laws to govern the Board.
   (B)    The Museum Advisory Board shall create its policies and mission statement.
   (C)    The Museum by-laws, policies and mission statement may be amended at any regular meeting of the Board when a quorum is present by a unanimous vote, providing the amendment is listed in the agenda of the meeting.
