(A) The members of the Museum Advisory Board shall meet and organize by electing a president and treasurer. The Board shall establish such rules and regulations for the governing of same, as in its judgement may be deemed necessary and proper.
(B) Officers of the Board shall be elected annually at the first meeting in January or at other appropriate times to fill vacancies. Officers so elected will take office at the next board meeting following their election.
