§ 102.003 MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL OF MUSEUM.
   The public museum of the city and all the facilities located therein shall be under the management and control of the City Manager or his duly appointed Community Services Division Director who shall be responsible to the City Manager in the conduct and affairs of the Museum Department.
