For the purpose of this section, the following terms, phrases, words and their derivations shall have the meaning given herein:
DEPARTMENT. The City of Cleburne W. J. Layland Museum Department.
DIRECTOR. The Community Services Director.
MUSEUM ADVISORY BOARD OR "BOARD". That body established pursuant to this chapter.
MUSEUM CURATOR. That individual charged with the responsibilities of overseeing the maintenance and care of all museum facilities and artifacts.
MUSEUM COLLECTIONS. Those items of historical or educational significance held by the Museum as permanent acquisitions or as temporary loans.
STREET TRAIN. A tractor/trailer vehicle used for tours and special events to transport people.
