(A) A person commits an offense if he fails to apply for a permit within 30 days after installation of an alarm system and/or if he or she thereafter operates or causes to be operated an alarm system without a valid permit issued pursuant to this chapter.
(B) A person commits an offense if he or she operates an alarm system during the period in which the alarm permit is revoked.
(C) A person commits an offense if he or she engages in the business of relaying alarm notifications within the city limits of Cleburne without fully complying with this chapter.
