§ 119.34 ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATE/RENEWALS.
   (A)   The Chief of Police shall issue the certificate upon approval of the Council and upon the obtaining of the signature of the applicant to the original certificate. The original copy shall be filed with the Chief of Police and a copy shall be furnished the wrecker service or operator.
   (B)   A current non-consent wrecker service certificate holder may apply to the Chief of Police for a certificate renewal annually. The application for renewal of certificate shall be in writing and shall state:
      (1)   All changes to information contained in the original certificate application; and
      (2)   That all other information contained in the original application is true and correct. This renewal application shall be sworn to.
   (C)   The Chief of Police shall have the authority to deny any wrecker service a renewal certificate if the wrecker service fails to meet the requirements provided in accordance with this chapter.
