§ 119.30 POLICE WRECKER ROTATION LIST; PROCEDURES.
   (A)   In order to expedite wrecker service, the Chief of Police is empowered and directed to establish a police wrecker rotation list, to assign wrecker services to such list for designated periods of time and if necessary, to partition the city into zones for wrecker service. Such assignments and if necessary partitioning, shall be made in a manner fair and impartial to all wrecker services and in a manner calculated to best serve the public. Notice of assignment of wrecker companies and the time they will serve shall be provided each service on such list.
   (B)   The pulls shall be assigned by Police Communications by calling the wrecker company on the police wrecker rotation list on duty for that week.
   (C)   To implement the police wrecker rotation list procedure, the Police Department shall maintain a master list containing the names of qualified wrecker companies and operators. No wrecker company or operator shall be placed upon the list unless the company has complied with the provisions of this chapter.
