It is an offense for a person, firm, or corporation to violate, disobey, omit, neglect, refuse to comply with, or resist the enforcement of any of the provisions of this chapter. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. An offense under this section is a Class C misdemeanor. Any offense for which no other penalty is set forth in this chapter shall be subject to the penalty set forth in § 10.99 of this code.
