§ 96.46 AUTHORITY TO ABATE NUISANCE.
   The city, acting through the City Manager or his representative, is authorized to abate and remove a junked vehicle or part of a junked vehicle from private or public property as a public nuisance in accordance with the junked vehicle regulations in this chapter.
