§ 96.45 JUNKED VEHICLES.
   A junked vehicle, including any part of a junked vehicle, is detrimental to the safety and welfare of the public and is declared a public nuisance and it shall be unlawful for any person to create, cause, maintain or permit a junked vehicle to remain outside an enclosed building within the jurisdiction of the city.
