It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to maintain any property within the jurisdiction of the city, in violation of §§ 96.02 through 96.30 of this chapter. When the city is made aware of a violation of this section, the city may, simultaneously and without limitation, pursue one or more of the following remedies:
(A) Work with the violator to resolve the matter;
(B) Issue a citation before or after taking action or providing notice to abate the violation; or
(C) Pursue the abatement of the violation by following the procedures set forth in this chapter.
