§ 96.31 DUTY OF OWNER, OCCUPANT AND THE LIKE.
   (A)   It is the duty of a person, firm, or corporation owning, occupying, or having control of property within the jurisdiction of the city to prevent or to remove, or cause to be removed, any of the conditions described in §§ 96.02 through 96.30 of this chapter.
   (B)   This section shall not apply to natural waterways maintained by the city.
