§ 158.081 ROADWAY CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PLAN.
   (A) The roadway capital improvements plan for the city is hereby adopted as Appendix H, which is on file in the office of the City Secretary and incorporated by reference herein.
   (B)   The roadway capital improvements plan may be amended from time to time, pursuant to the procedures in § 158.016.
