§ 158.065 WASTEWATER SERVICE AREA.
   (A)   There is hereby established a wastewater service area, as depicted on Appendix E above referenced.
   (B)   The boundaries of the wastewater service area may be amended and updated from time to time or new wastewater service areas may be delineated, pursuant to the procedures in § 158.016.
