§ 158.051 WATER CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PLAN.
   (A)   The water capital improvements plan for the city is hereby adopted as Appendix D, which is on file in the office of the City Secretary and incorporated by reference herein.
   (B)   The water capital improvements plan may be amended and updated from time to time, pursuant to the procedures in § 158.016.
