§ 150.103 NOTICE OF ADJACENT PROPERTY OWNERS.
   (A)   If an application meets the requirements of this subchapter, the city shall send notice of public hearing at a meeting of the City Council to all owners of real property lying within 200 feet of the property on which the structure is proposed to be moved. Such notice shall be given not less than ten days before the date set for hearing at a meeting of the City Council by posting such notice properly addressed and postage paid to each tax payer as the ownership appears on the last approved city tax roll.
   (B)   The City Council shall have the right to approve or deny the issuance of the permit under this subchapter when, in the judgement of the City Council, no substantial injury or damage will be caused to the property lying within 200 feet of the lot on which the proposed structure will be placed.
