Application for a permit under this subchapter shall be filed with the Building Official. Such application shall be signed by the applicant and shall state the location of the structure to be moved, the lot and block where it is to be placed after it is moved, the proposed route in moving the structure and the time desired within which to move it. A site plan shall be submitted with the application showing all dimensions of the lot, the structure, and the location of the structure on the lot. All setbacks shall conform to the city’s ordinances. An application for a permit to move a structure will be reviewed by staff for compliance with this subchapter.
