A $1.50 per transaction fee will be charged for each credit/debit card transaction made for payment of any fees or fines paid at Utility Billing or the Municipal Court made by any method whether via website, in person, over the phone, mail, fax, or other like method received by the city, its assignee, agent, or representative, or any other person retained by the city.
