§ 33.02 WORK PERIODS ESTABLISHED.
   (A)   The work period for all sworn members of the Police Department shall be a 14 consecutive day, 80 hour work week. All non-exempt employees shall be compensated at a rate of one and one-half times the regular rate of pay for all hours worked in excess of 80 within the work period.
   (B)   The beginning and ending of the 14 day work period will be established by city policy and may be changed, provided the change is intended to be permanent and not designed to evade overtime compensation.
