(A) Any person convicted in the City of Cleburne Municipal Court of any offense, other than an offense relating to a pedestrian or the parking of a motor vehicle, shall pay a $2.00 truancy prevention and diversion fund fee as a cost of court to be collected by the Clerk of the Court for promoting juvenile recidivism and diversion programs.
(B) The fund shall be administered by or under the direction of the City Council, as authorized by Tex. Code of Criminal Procedure, Art. 102.015.
