§ 105.05 APPLICATION PROCEDURE.
   (A)   An application for a special event must be filed not less than 45 days before the event is to begin. The code official may waive the 45-day filing requirement if it is determined that the application can be processed in less than 45 days, taking into consideration the number and types of permits required to be issued in order to hold the special event.
   (B)   If the Fire Chief or Police Chief determines that a proposed special event may have an adverse impact on public safety through diminished access to buildings, structures, fire hydrants and fire apparatus, access roads or where the event will adversely affect public safety services of any kind, the Fire Chief or Police Chief shall have the authority to order the development of, or prescribe a public safety plan for the provision of an appropriate level of public safety.
   (C)   Once the application is reviewed, the code official shall issue the special event permit or issue the permit with conditions unless denied in accordance with § 105.06.
