(A) The provisions of this chapter shall be administered and enforced by the code official.
(B) The code official has authority to issue a special event permit when requirements of this chapter have been met.
(C) The code official shall ensure that all other applicable licenses and permits under local, state or federal law are requested, submitted and approved before the permit is granted.
