§ 130.25 USE OF SKATEBOARDS, ROLLER SKATES AND ROLLER BLADES PROHIBITED ON DESIGNATED PROPERTY.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to ride a skateboard, roller skates, or roller blades upon any paved areas of property owned by the city where signs are prominently posted, as provided below, expressly prohibiting such conduct.
   (B)   Owners or managers of restaurants, businesses, office buildings, churches, schools, or shopping centers may prohibit persons from riding a skateboard, roller skates or roller blades on sidewalks and parking lots on such property by prominently posting a sign, as provided below, expressly prohibiting such conduct.
   (C)   The signs referred to in divisions (A) and (B) above shall bear the following legend:
USE OF SKATEBOARDS, ROLLER SKATES OR ROLLER BLADES ON THESE PREMISES IS UNLAWFUL AND PUNISHABLE BY A FINE UP TO $500.00. CLEBURNE CITY CODE, SECTION 130.25.
Words on the signs shall be in letters not less than one inch high, in a bold color sharply contrasting with the background color of the sign, and shall be located in a place or places visible from the areas affected by the prohibition.
