(A) Certain traffic ways within the city are for specifically designated purposes. These routes shall be identified by the City Council as “not for through traffic.” This designation means that the traffic way is to be utilized for its intended purpose. Each traffic way that is designated as “not for through traffic” shall be marked as such at each entrance point with a sign.
(1) All Star Parkway is hereby designated as “not for through traffic.” This roadway is designed to be utilized by those persons utilizing and/or visiting the City Sports Complex.
(2) All roadways located within the boundaries of cemeteries located within the city are designated as “not for through traffic.” These roadways are designed to be utilized for cemetery use only.
(B) Traffic ways include but are not limited to roadways, alleys, driveways, and other paths designed for use by vehicular or pedestrian traffic.
