§ 70.03 RIDING ON PORTION OF VEHICLE NOT INTENDED FOR PASSENGERS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to ride on any portion of any vehicle not designated or intended for the use of passengers when such vehicle is in motion. This provision does not apply to an employee engaged in the necessary discharge of his duty nor to persons riding within truck bodies intended for merchandise.
