(A) General penalty. Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is set forth shall be subject to the penalty set forth in § 10.99.
(B) Any person or persons, firm or corporation which violates any of the provisions of § 157.03(B)(2)(c) or (d) is punishable by a fine of not less than $500 nor more than $2,000 for each offense, and each violation hereof shall be deemed a separate and distinct offense for each day it continues, and shall be punishable as such.
