(A) The effective date of this chapter is July 1, 2006.
(B) Any permit issued prior to the effective date will remain subject to the terms and conditions of city procedures in effect at the time of issuance of the permit and is not affected by this chapter, except that, upon expiration or conclusion of the permit, a new or renewal permit must be obtained in accordance with this chapter.
