(A) The city shall collect a fee from each person who wins a prize in a bingo game in the amount of 2½% of the amount or value of the prize in accordance with Tex. Rev. Civ. Stat., Art. 179d, § 19c.
(B) If the city and the county are both entitled to a share of the bingo prize fee, the city shall collect its pro rata share as determined under Tex. Rev. Civ. Stat., Art. 179d, § 19c(d).
(C) The bingo prize fee shall be reported and collected in accordance with the provisions of Tex. Rev. Civ. Stat., Art. 179d, § 20.
