An affirmative action plan with attached supplement, Guide to City Employment Practices, pertaining to personnel employment practices and an affirmative action plan for Section 3 of Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, being 12 USC 1701u, pertaining to business opportunities and employment in federal financially assisted projects, copies of which are attached hereto by reference and maintained by the city personnel officer, for all purposes is officially adopted and approved.
