§ 152.20 ISSUANCE NOT A BAR TO CITY'S POWERS.
   No license granted hereunder shall ever be held to bar prosecution for violation of any other provisions of this code or any other ordinance of the city, or to prevent the enforcement of any such code provision or ordinance or inhibit the exercise of powers and duties of any officer under the terms of any such code provision or ordinance.
