§ 152.16 APPLICATION.
   (A)   To whom made, information. Application for a license to operate a trailer park, or renewal thereof, shall be made to the Building Inspector of the city on a form to be furnished by such official. Such application shall state the name and address of the person desiring to engage in such business, and if the applicant be a partnership, the names and addresses of the partners composing the same, and a description of the property, including street address, of the premises where such trailer park is to be operated so that it can be easily identified. It shall also give the name of the owner of such premises, and such other and further information as may be required by the city.
   (B)   Agreement as to manager, responsibility for violations. Any applicant for a license to operate a trailer park shall agree in his application that some responsible adult person or persons will be in charge of the trailer park and available on the premises at all times.
