§ 31.30 EXPENSES.
   Members of the Main Street Advisory Board and subcommittee members shall serve without pay. No out-of-pocket expenses incurred shall be reimbursed unless, before incurring the expense, the member or subcommittee member obtains authorization of the City Manager upon recommendation of the Project Manager. The Board is authorized to raise funds on behalf of the Main Street Program for the purpose of accomplishing the goals of the Advisory Board. Such funds can be used to defray costs of achieving the goals set by the board and shall be kept separate and apart from the general funds of the city. The fund balances shall be carried forward from year to year during the existence of the Main Street program.
