§ 31.28 ROLE OF CITY STAFF.
   The project manager is accountable directly to the City Manager. The City Manager shall have sole authority to assign duties to the Project Manager. Implementation of any and all goals recommended by the Advisory Board is subject to approval by the City Manager.
