§ 31.27 DUTIES.
   The Main Street Advisory Board is charged with the responsibility of assisting the Main Street Project Manager, the City Manager, the Mayor, and the City Council to set specific long and short term goals for the Main Street Project. The Board shall make recommendations on all matters affecting the Main Street target area, including, but not limited to, parking, transportation, business and development, building and landscape design, public works, promotions and definition of the geographic area to be included in the Main Street project area.
