§ 31.06 MINIMUM NUMBER OF MEMBERS; LENGTH, OF TERMS.
   All boards and commissions shall be composed of at least three members and the maximum length of a term of any member shall be two years. A citizen may serve more than one consecutive term(s) on the same board, and may serve more than once on that board.
