Any license of any grade issued under this subchapter may be revoked at any time by the City Council for violation of any of the provisions of this subchapter, and the offending person shall be prohibited from engaging in or performing the grade of work specified by the revoked license within the city for a period of one year, after which time the license may be renewed at the regular yearly renewal fee.
