§ 150.078 PERFORMING AND ENGAGING IN WORK OTHER THAN THAT AUTHORIZED BY LICENSE.
   It shall be unlawful for the holder of any license issued under the provisions of this subchapter to engage in any phase of the electrical business or perform any work at the electrical trade other than such business or work authorized by the class of license held by him, except that a helper or any apprentice electrician may perform work laid out for him by a holder of a license, and then only while he is in the presence of and being supervised by the holder of a license.
