(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to send another person on any job requiring a license in the capacity of an electrician or to knowingly permit or allow such person to perform electrical work unless such other person is the holder of and in possession of a valid electrician's license for the type of work being done.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to represent himself as a licensed electrician of any grade set out in this subchapter or to use the words electrical contractor, master electrician, electrician or words of similar import or meaning on signs, cards, stationery, or by any other manner unless the person is the holder of a valid license of the grade for which he is representing himself as being licensed.
