§ 150.076 LICENSEE NOT TO PERMIT USE OF NAME OR LICENSE BY ANOTHER.
   It shall be unlawful for any holder of any license of any grade issued under this subchapter to allow his name or license to be used by any other person or firm or corporation, directly or indirectly, for the purpose of obtaining a permit or for performing work under his license.
